At Imagine Builders, we work diligently with our clients to determine exactly what they are striving to achieve. Our project design service is based on a thorough understanding of how to meet our clients’ needs within the physical constraints of their property.
Because some architects do not take the time to understand their clients' vision and budget limitations, we provide insightful "value-engineering" services to present alternative means to achieve the desired build-out that clients want and can afford utilizing their existing architectural plans.
We provide consultation, preliminary budget estimates, preliminary and final drawings, specifications, agency submittals and approvals, construction supervision and final completion move-in services. Additionally, we have long-standing relationships with our architects and engineers to assist us in handling your next design-build project.
We are personally involved in all phases of the project development through completion, working closely with all subcontractors to ensure continuity in both schedule and budget objectives.
All subcontractors work closely with us as a team during the construction process; they are skilled in their respective trades and share our commitment to excellence.
